This degree is available for premedical, predental, and preoptometry students. Most pre-professional students choose to pursue the Biology B.S. degree. If you are interested in the Special B.S. for pre-professional students, you must consult with a Biology undergraduate advisor and with the Premedical/Predental/Preoptometry advisor in the Health Professions and Prelaw Center. You must have special permission from the dean of the College of Arts and Sciences to apply for this degree.
