Room reservations

Rooms in the Biology Building and Myers Hall are available to reserve for Biology events such as lectures, discussions, seminar lunches, or lab meetings. The room reservation calendar is used to track scheduling.

Room reservations for lab meetings may be submitted after August 1 for fall semester and December 1 for spring semester.

To MAKE a room reservation: Complete the room reservation form.

To CANCEL a room reservation: Complete the room cancellation form.

The following rooms are available for reservations. Note the capacity limits for each room.

View all rooms at the same time (mostly useful for quickly seeing if anything at all is available at a specific time).

The following equipment is available to check out from the computing support office (BB 129) for use in any of the rooms:

USB conference microphone
USB webcam

BB 123 (Lieber Room)

Equipment in Biology Building 123 (Lieber Room) includes overhead projector connected to a Dell PC, with laptop inputs. See the UITS software lists for a complete list of software on the computer.

Equipment in Biology Building 510 includes a whiteboard and projection screen, but there is no A/V system. Bring a mobile projector to give a PowerPoint presentation.
