Any graduate student earning a degree from the IUB Department of Biology who is engaged in field work.
This competitive award will be disbursed during the summer.
Award amounts vary from year to year. Most Department of Biology awards are between $500 and $3000; a few are larger.
Application deadline: Has been extended to February 15, 2021.
Application materials will include a minimum of your curriculum vitae and a letter of recommendation.

Include a statement detailing your career goals, how the field work experience will help you achieve those goals, and the expenses involved in the field project.
One letter of recommendation must be submitted by the applicant’s major research professor.
